Training Nursery in forestry for teachers of Elementary school Zrinskih Nuštar was held

As part of the project “Strengthening STEM skills through ecology in the Elementary school Zrinskih Nuštar” – EKO-RURAL4STEM, a two-day education Nursery in forestry was held. The education was held by Mrs. Angela Galić, a professor and advisor from the Agricultural and Forestry school Vinkovci, our partner in this project. The teachers got to know the flora of our forests, the way of forest management, and the process of collecting seeds and growing seedlings. It was a great way to prepare for the creation of the curriculum “About the forest, in the forest, for the forest” for the new extracurricular activity that will be conducted in the next school year with the students.
